Convenient location for Bumrungrad Hospital, short taxi ride. Attentive and polite staff, from receptionists to housekeepers. Delightful in-house food options, must-try Japanese restaurant. Hotel clean with outstanding interiors. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast place nearby, called Black Box. Walking distance from hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It is conveniently situated near public transportation, including the Skytrain stations, making it easy to explore the city. it is close to various shopping centers, allowing guests to enjoy a shopping spree without getting caught in the rain. The rooms have been nicely revamped, offering a comfortable and modern stay. The staff members, particularly those at the executive lounge, provide excellent service and go above and beyond to make guests feel special. the breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located near all the shopping malls in the area. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. The bathroom was also well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We found that the gym facilities were a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

During our recent stay at JW Marriott Bangkok, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued as guests.

In my experience, the best aspects of this hotel were its fantastic location and the attentive staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway entrance and just a short distance from a mall, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were very good too ensure a pleasant stay, from assisting with business office needs to providing excellent service for drinks with colleagues. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast buffet were also noteworthy.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel staff were friendly and the location was excellent. The beds, sheets, and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very good and the satellite TV choices were impressive. As vegetarians, we appreciated the Tea & Coffee facilities and were pleased with the good options at the onsite Bangkok bakery.

During my recent stay at the JW Marriott Hotel, I had a really good experience. I must mention the very nice service provided by the staff at the executive lounge. Pao, Kao, Genova, Mena, and Aom were really good too make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm smiles and personalized attention made me feel like a valued guest.

Wat een geweldige locatie hadden we! Zo centraal gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de bus. Er waren veel leuke plekken in de buurt en de kamers waren erg schoon. Gelukkig kregen we gratis drankjes en water in de koelkast, wat een leuke verrassing was. Het zeepje in de badkamer was natuurlijk erg fijn. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

The steam room was not as hot as expected, which was a minor issue. this hotel provides excellent leisure and relaxation opportunities in a great location.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. the exclusive amenities and impeccable service make you feel like a VIP. the Spa & wellness center offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are clean and well, maintained. the restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast with halal food options available. the rooms have all the advantages of a 5, star hotel, including a private balcony with a breathtaking view.

It's hard to find something negative about this hotel, but if I had to mention one minor issue, it's that the snack bar could use a bit more variety in terms of options. this is not a deal, breaker considering all the other amazing features this hotel has to offer.

The facilities at the hotel were great, especially the free WiFi which was available for up to 3 devices. It definitely came in handy during my Christmas stay. the staff at the hotel lounge were attentive and provided excellent service. Shoutout to Honey, Nui, Lisa, Nix, and Kao for making my dining experience so enjoyable. Their commitment and dedication to their work was excellent.

The check-in process was quite inefficient and frustrating. It took a whopping 30 minutes to complete, mainly because we had requested an extra bed.

The service at the hotel was really good. The staff were great, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They made our stay feel like home with their warm hospitality. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the main attractions and shopping areas in the city. the rooms were beautifully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our stay.

This resulted in us having to choose between a smoking room with two beds or a non-smoking room with a king-size bed. The smell of smoke in the smoking room was a bit bothersome.
